1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and miow44 ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs the use of miow44.one, the mobile application, software and all services provided under the miow44 brand.

By registering an account, accessing the website or using any miow44 service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use the miow44 platform.

miow44 operates under a valid international licence. This platform is intended specifically for permitted online entertainment activities, and we are committed to providing a safe, fair and responsible environment for all members.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

miow44 services are open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility conditions. You confirm that you meet all these criteria each time you access our platform.

Eligibility Requirements

• At least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the use of the platform.
• Not residing in any jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits or restricts online gambling.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, date of birth, active mobile phone number and email address. miow44 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time by requesting supporting documents such as a copy of the MyKad or passport.

Only one account is allowed per individual. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, the same mobile phone number, the same email address or the same device is a serious violation and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3 Member Account Management

Your miow44 account is personal and non-transferable. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place through your account, including any transactions or wagers made using your login credentials.

Login Credential Security

• Do not disclose your username or password to any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a strong and unique password that is not used for other accounts.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Contact the miow44 support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

miow44 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a member's failure to protect their login credentials. miow44 representatives will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat or email.

Identity Verification

miow44 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any time. You agree to provide the requested documents within a reasonable period. Failure to comply with a KYC request may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at miow44 are processed through approved payment methods and operate in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) or specified crypto equivalents.

Accepted Payment Methods

The miow44 platform supports a range of local and digital payment options for the convenience of Malaysian members, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the method selected and the time of request.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

miow44 complies with strict anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to hold withdrawal requests for review, request proof of the source of funds, or report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. Deposits into a miow44 account must come from legitimate sources.

Funds deposited into a miow44 account may only be used for wagering on the platform. miow44 does not provide credit in any form and is not responsible for money borrowed by members from third parties for gambling purposes.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Loyalty Programme

All bonuses and promotions offered by miow44 are subject to specific wagering requirements. It is the member's responsibility to fully understand these terms before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• miow44 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus claimed through improper means, fraud, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
• If an account is closed before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus will be forfeited.

VIP Programme

Active members are eligible to join the miow44 VIP Programme, which consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — ranging from up to 0.2% for the Bronze tier to up to 0.8% for the Diamond tier. A member's progression through the VIP tiers depends on their overall wagering activity over time.

6 Betting Rules and Integrity

All bets placed on miow44 must comply with the applicable game rules. Results issued by the platform are final unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.

Sports Betting and Live Casino

The odds displayed are the current odds at the time a bet is placed. miow44 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical or human error. In such cases, the bet amount will be fully refunded to the member's account.

Technical Errors and Service Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, miow44 will use saved server records to determine the outcome of the bet. Outcomes based on server records are final. miow44 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connection failures on the member's end.

7 Acceptable Member Conduct

miow44 members are required to behave courteously and ethically at all times while using the platform, including when interacting with live chat agents, other players or miow44 representatives.

Prohibited Activities

• Identity fraud or providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games.
• Using third-party software, automation scripts or tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access miow44's internal systems without authorisation.
• Using offensive language, making threats or harassing support staff.
• Any activity suspected to be related to money laundering or financing illegal activities.

8 Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, source code, logos, trademarks and other materials found on the miow44 platform are the exclusive property of miow44 or its licensed suppliers. All copyright, trademark rights and other intellectual property rights are fully reserved.

Members are granted a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the miow44 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any commercial use, redistribution, republication or modification of platform content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The miow44 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous platform availability, miow44 does not guarantee that the service will be free from disruptions or errors at all times.

miow44 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, technical failures, service disruptions or data corruption.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting miow44 customer support. Any balance eligible for withdrawal (after all outstanding wagering requirements have been met) will be processed within the stipulated timeframe.

Closure by miow44

miow44 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or a threat to platform security. In cases of closure due to a breach, the account balance may be forfeited subject to an internal investigation.

Voluntary Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to stop gambling temporarily or permanently may apply for self-exclusion through our support team. The request will be processed as promptly as possible and will restrict your access to the platform for the chosen duration.

11 Amendments to These Terms

miow44 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the miow44 platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

For amendments involving material changes to member rights, miow44 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via registered email or in-platform notification before the amendment takes effect.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws established by the licensing authority that issued miow44's operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement, or the use of the miow44 platform, shall first be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process.

Formal Complaint Procedure

• Contact the miow44 support team via live chat or email with full details of your complaint.
• miow44 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and provide a case reference within a reasonable timeframe.
• An internal investigation will be conducted and an official response will be provided.
• If you are not satisfied with the internal decision, you may refer the dispute to the relevant regulatory body under our licensing jurisdiction.
